1. What CruiseMatch does

CruiseMatch matches you with cruises that fit how you like to travel, estimates what the cruise will cost, and connects you with a travel advisor who can book it. We don't take payments on this site, and we don't sell cruises directly.

Bookings aren't open yet. Until they are, CruiseMatch provides matching and estimates only.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 to use CruiseMatch. If you give us details about other travelers, such as their ages, you confirm you're allowed to share them for planning the trip.

3. Recommendations are our opinion

Our matches are our best judgment, based on your answers, published information about cruise lines and ships, and our own research. They aren't a guarantee that you'll enjoy a particular cruise. Cruise lines change ships, itineraries, venues and policies, sometimes after you book; we work to keep our information current but can't promise it's always complete or up to date.

4. Prices are estimates, not quotes

• Cost estimates use typical published rates, and they change often. They are not offers or quotes.
• Your exact price is confirmed with the cruise line before you pay anything. Only the cruise line's confirmed price counts.
• Estimates cover the cruise only: fares, taxes and port fees, gratuities, and the onboard extras you choose. They don't include flights, hotels, airport transfers or parking.
• Anything we couldn't price is shown as not yet priced, never as $0.

5. Health and safety information

Information about seasickness, ship motion, accessibility or health is general travel information, not medical advice. If you have a health concern, ask your doctor before booking.

6. Booking with the cruise line

If you book through CruiseMatch:

• Your booking is with the cruise line and is governed by the cruise line's own contract and policies, including deposits, final payment dates, cancellation penalties and changes.
• You're responsible for giving accurate traveler details and for valid travel documents (such as passports and any visas) for every traveler.
• We strongly recommend travel insurance. If you decline it, you accept the risk of cancellation, medical and other costs.
• Any planning or service fee will be explained in writing before you owe it. CruiseMatch's matching and estimates are free.

7. How we're paid

When you book, we earn a commission from the cruise line. It doesn't change your price. Commissions play no part in our recommendations: the matching engine can't see commission data. See our Disclosures.

8. Your account and emails

We sign you in with a one-time link sent to your email, so keep access to your inbox secure. We send your results and replies to your requests. Marketing emails are only sent if you opt in, and every one has an unsubscribe link.

9. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• copy, scrape or harvest the site's content or data by automated means;
• interfere with the site's security or operation, or try to access data that isn't yours;
• submit false information or impersonate someone else; or
• use the site for anything unlawful.

10. Our content

The site's text, scores, ratings, design and software belong to CruiseMatch or its licensors. You may use them for planning your own travel. Cruise line and ship names are trademarks of their owners; CruiseMatch is independent and not endorsed by any cruise line.

11. Other websites

We may link to cruise line and other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

12. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We aren't responsible for the acts, omissions, schedules or services of cruise lines or other travel suppliers, or for events beyond our control such as weather, illness, strikes or government action.

13. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, CruiseMatch won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim about the site or our services is limited to the greater of the fees you paid CruiseMatch itself (not the cruise line) in the 12 months before the claim, or $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

14. Indemnity

If you break these terms or misuse the site, and that causes a claim against CruiseMatch, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from it.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in [to fill: county], Kansas, except that either of us may bring a claim in small-claims court where it qualifies. Consumer protections that the law of your home state doesn't allow you to give up still apply.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The version date at the top will change, and if the changes are significant we'll ask you to accept them again. Using the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
